Introduction of stelvin screw cap capper:

The manual stelvin screw cap capper was used for capping aluminum screw cap or stelvin screw cap on glass bottle and plastic bottle. The manual bottle capper was used for wine, white spirit, olive oil, chemistry, drink, water etc, and the bottle is glass bottle or plastic bottle.

 

Features of stelvin screw cap capper:

1. There is the buffer device on the adjusting holder, which can guarantee the bottle      broken phenomenon no happening.
2. Bottleneck can be automatic station keeping, and capping wheel is to receive strength evenly, so the capping result is very good.
3. The machine adopts symmetrical four-side sealing system which can create the   even power on each side of the cap;
4. The ropp capping machine presses the cap first then turn the tread which can give a better sealing to the bottles.
5. By replacing the capping head also makes it possible for tightening plastic caps.  Different sealing tightness requirements can be adjusted according to the materials of the caps.
